About the role
The Command & Control Product Owner at Lockheed Martin is responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and customer representatives to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and articulate customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between product requirements and project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to keep all parties informed and aligned on product development progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product management best practices.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
