Command & Control Product Owner

About the role

The Command & Control Product Owner at Lockheed Martin is responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and customer representatives to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and articulate customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between product requirements and project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to keep all parties informed and aligned on product development progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product management best practices.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
