Responsibilities
- Prioritize and dispatch stadium personnel in response to non-emergency and emergency service calls retrieved via phone call, SMS message, and radio on Hard Rock Stadium grounds.
- Utilize multi-channel communication systems for dispatch and maintain call logs via Incident Management Software.
- Process and evaluate incoming incident reports via 24/7 Software and respond using appropriate communication and dispatch procedures.
- Adhere to ad hoc requests from management.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a critical, fast-paced environment is required.
- Willingness to work long and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong typing, computer, and technology skills, with a basic understanding of database collection.
- Familiarity with security policies, procedures, and practices is a plus.
Location
This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $20 per hour.
Pay
The position pays $20 per hour.
