COMFORT SALES ADVISOR

About the role

Mid-Florida Heating & Air, an industry leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services, is seeking a customer-centric and passionate Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role involves analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating sales proposals, finalizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.
• Consult with potential and existing customers to offer customized HVAC system solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements are fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to convert them into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities such as trade shows and referral groups to support corporate efforts.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred.
• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Prior in-home residential HVAC sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Schedule
