About the role

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is a trusted home services leader serving Florida. We're built on quality work, strong leadership, and people who take pride in doing things the right way. As a Comfort Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and existing HVAC systems, present replacement and upgrade options, build trust and rapport, and clearly explain system options, pricing, financing, and warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate comfort needs and existing HVAC systems
  • Present replacement and upgrade options
  • Build trust and rapport to guide customers to confident buying decisions
  • Create accurate, detailed sales proposals
  • Clearly explain system options, pricing, financing, and warranties
  • Achieve individual and department sales goals
  • Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and operations
  • Become an expert in the Tallahassee market and customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven success in in-home sales, HVAC sales, or residential service sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Confidence closing sales while maintaining integrity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable
  • Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software

Qualifications

  • Proven success in in-home sales, HVAC sales, or residential service sales

Unlimited earning potential - top performers are among the highest paid in the area, averaging $162,000 per year.

Schedule

This is a consultative, in-home sales role, not cold calling or retail sales.
