What You'll Earn
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000+ (Uncapped)
- Top Earners: $200,000+
- Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
- Commission: 10% of completed project value
- Ramp Guarantee: $1,200/week for your first 90 days while you build your pipeline
- Bonuses: Monthly volume and financing-attach bonuses on top of base commission

What You'll Do
- Consult: Meet homeowners in their homes (appointments are booked for you) to assess comfort concerns and existing HVAC systems.
- Design Solutions: Build customized recommendations for system replacements, upgrades, and weatherization improvements.
- Close: Present pricing, financing options, and timelines clearly and confidently— and ask for the sale.
- Support: Follow up to answer questions and guide homeowners to a confident decision.
- Career: Hand off sold jobs cleanly to the installation team so the customer experience stays flawless.
- Manage: Grow your pipeline with company-provided leads, your own referrals, and past-customer follow-ups, tracking every appointment and detail in our CRM.
