What You'll Earn

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Top Earners: $200,000+
  • Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
  • Commission: 10% of completed project value
  • Ramp Guarantee: $1,200/week for your first 90 days while you build your pipeline
  • Bonuses: Monthly volume and financing-attach bonuses on top of base commission

What You'll Do

  • Consult: Meet homeowners in their homes (appointments are booked for you) to assess comfort concerns and existing HVAC systems.
  • Design Solutions: Build customized recommendations for system replacements, upgrades, and weatherization improvements.
  • Close: Present pricing, financing options, and timelines clearly and confidently— and ask for the sale.
  • Support: Follow up to answer questions and guide homeowners to a confident decision.
  • Career: Hand off sold jobs cleanly to the installation team so the customer experience stays flawless.
  • Manage: Grow your pipeline with company-provided leads, your own referrals, and past-customer follow-ups, tracking every appointment and detail in our CRM.
