About the role

Join our team as a Combo Welder in Decatur, AL. We are seeking an experienced welder who can handle both manual and robotic welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate various welding machines including MIG, TIG, and robotic systems.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Inspect work for quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
• Work closely with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in training sessions to improve welding techniques and machine proficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of welding experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.
