About the role

The Bravo! Vail Music Festival in Colorado is seeking its next artistic director to lead the organization into the future, creating high-quality and varied programs to promote the Festival’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Bravo! Vail’s president and CEO and artistic administrator. - Maintain a close partnership with the Chair of the Board of Trustees. - Lead the organization to new heights of artistic achievement and international renown.

Requirements

- Experience leading a major music festival or orchestra. - Strong collaboration skills. - Visionary leadership to shape the Festival’s future programming. - Ability to work closely with the Board of Trustees and Festival staff.

Qualifications

- Background in music management or related field. - Proven track record of success in artistic leadership. - Experience with diverse musical programming.
