Collision Estimator

Role: Collision Estimator responsible for writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork, and managing total loss administration. Provides vehicle status updates to customers, ensuring safety standards and company policies are followed. Responsibilities: Finalize repair plans, communicate post-repair instructions, and deliver excellent customer service. Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to safety guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience, with sales experience preferred. Must hold a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Proficient in CCC1 or similar estimating software, with an advanced understanding of repair procedures. Strong sales orientation, ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to perform activities like lifting over 50 lbs and reaching positions. Key Duties: Write estimates, review processes, check-in vehicles, complete final paperwork, and communicate vehicle status updates. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
