About the role
Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 650 state-of-the-art locations in 38 states. The company also operates Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified centers for highline and luxury EV repair.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
- Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
- Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
- Keep customers fully informed and updated on vehicle status, delivering the best possible experience.
- Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
- Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
Requirements
- Customer service skills.
- Organization and multitasking abilities, with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance partner processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Pay
Competitive compensation inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The posted pay range for this role is $65,000–$154,690 per year, with the actual offer based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
