About the role

Estimator responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions
• Provide timely updates
• Ensure compliance with insurance and company standards
• Participate in team activities such as daily production walks and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years CCC1 experience
• Familiarity with USAA and DRP processes
• General ledger experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training
• Valid driver’s license required
