Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential customers
- Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner
- Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy
- Thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer
- Educate customers in the Collision repair process, including insurance procedures, motorists' bill of rights, repair techniques, and safety
Requirements
- Possess a valid Body Shop Estimators license/Physical appraisers license for state of PA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Body Shop Estimating experience required
- Must be capable of handling the physical aspects of the collision repair business, i.e., bending, stooping, crawling in all weather conditions, standing for long periods of time, and exposure to dust exhaust fumes and a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Valid Body Shop Estimators license/Physical appraisers license for state of PA
