Pay

$23/hr–$26/hr (commission-based, dependent on expected sales volume)

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Regularly required to use hands, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods.
• May occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds.
