Collision Estimator (Afternoon Shift)

What To Expect

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Collision Estimator to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Body Repair Program with expertise in the latest Tesla vehicle models.

What You'll Do

• Create repair estimates for collision-damaged Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles
• Build repair plans in accordance with Tesla-specific procedures
• Direct disassembly technicians to ensure all damages are exposed upfront
• Communicate with insurance companies to submit claims and billing
• Direct Collision Technicians to make decisions between Repair vs. Replace
• Update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
• Close billing and deliver the repaired vehicle

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
• Proficiency with computers and estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell
• Automotive background and willingness to be cross-trained in management roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities
• I-CAR certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay

Compensation and benefits include:

• $28.75 - $42.73/hour
