Collision Damage Estimator (North Bergen, NJ)

About the role

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer focused, and a strong team player with experience estimating heavy bus collision repairs. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians and management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate heavy collision damage
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Cook up repair timelines with shop personnel
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of estimates and repairs
• Affirm compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Aid in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision estimating experience
• Heavy bus collision experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented mindset
• Proficiency with estimating software preferred

Pay

$25+ hourly based on experience

Monday–Thursday (7am-3:30pm) Friday (6am-2:30pm) (Days/Hours are subject to change)
