About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Collision Damage Repair Estimator to join our busy dealership. This position plays a crucial role in the repair process by identifying, analyzing, and recording physical vehicle damage. Effective communication of findings to customers and third-party payers is equally important.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and record physical damage to damaged vehicles
• Communicate findings to customers and third-party payers
• Play a critical role in the repair process
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Multitask while prioritizing appropriately
• Show exceptional attention to detail
• Meet and exceed goals and objectives
• Use the CCC ONE estimation system proficiently
• Have strong computer skills
• Drive safely with valid license and insurance
• Show a strong desire for personal and professional growth

Requirements

• Effective team player
• Relevant work experience as an estimator, claims adjuster, or in automobile repair
• Strong desire for excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritize
• Steadfast attention to detail
• Expertise in using the CCC ONE estimation system
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• I-CAR, ASE, or similar professional training (a plus)
