Collision Administrator - AutoNation Collision Center North Houston

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls or take messages
• Ensure all documents are accounted for during vehicle repair processes and file completed files
• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms
• Prepare all vendor invoices and assign purchase order numbers
• Obtain customer and vehicle data as needed for collision center estimators
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to manufacturer or dealership standards
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and provide copies
• Receive and match invoices with unpaid insurance invoices before submitting for payment
• Distribute daily mail
• Post funds received from vehicle repairs to appropriate repair orders
• Call customers when vehicles are ready and schedule pick-up appointments
• Prepare funds for deposit by making copies of paid invoices and checks

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a dealership position (preferred)
• Professional appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay

$16/hr - $19/hr
