Collision Administrator - AutoNation Collision Center North Houston
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls or take messages
- Ensure all documents are accounted for during vehicle repair processes and file completed files
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms
- Prepare all vendor invoices and assign purchase order numbers
- Obtain customer and vehicle data as needed for collision center estimators
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to manufacturer or dealership standards
- Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and provide copies
- Receive and match invoices with unpaid insurance invoices before submitting for payment
- Distribute daily mail
- Post funds received from vehicle repairs to appropriate repair orders
- Call customers when vehicles are ready and schedule pick-up appointments
- Prepare funds for deposit by making copies of paid invoices and checks
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a dealership position (preferred)
- Professional appearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pay
$16/hr - $19/hr
