About the role
We're supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
Responsibilities
- Own the contract administration and commercial execution of assigned mechanical construction packages (e.g., HVAC, process piping, utilities/mechanical systems, mechanical install scopes).
- Lead/support RFP development and issuance, including bidder communications, clarifications, and commercial bid evaluation.
- Support contract drafting/review, ensuring scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms are clear and executable in the field.
- Manage contract award package: pricing basis, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, schedule milestones, reporting requirements, payment terms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction contracts administration / commercial management for mechanical scopes.
- Strong experience managing mechanical construction packages.
- Experience working owner-side or seconded to owner on large capital projects; EPCM interface experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable operating in active construction: understands work packaging, sequencing, and mechanical interface risk.
