About the role
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and providing support to the legal department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in contract management software.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies
- Support the legal department in various administrative tasks related to contracts
- Monitor and update contracts as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management or a related field
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., LegalTrack, Clio)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working in a legal or corporate environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

$70,000 - $85,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
