College Internship Program Inquiries
Massanutten Resort is proud to host college interns from various universities including JMU, ODU, VA Tech, UVA, Bridgewater, and more. Interns work in diverse areas such as hospitality, general management, sports and recreation, finance, and environmental studies. They engage in significant projects like solar installations, F&B budgeting, training programs, and enhancing resort communications.
About the role
We aim to accommodate the varied needs of our interns, their institutions, and our company. Interns are offered paid positions where they can perform management-level tasks and projects. They also have opportunities for job shadowing and regular meetings with departmental management. Mid-internship evaluations are conducted, and they participate in our training program through our Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

Skills
