- EEO boilerplate: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. Must be removed.
We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential accountabilities), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe desired majors?), Skills (maybe technology tools, communication, etc.), Benefits (maybe mention housing not provided? Actually benefits: group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility). Pay (compensation range). Schedule (duration: 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week). Also mention housing not provided (maybe under Benefits? Actually it's a note that housing is not provided; could be under Benefits as a negative? But we only include sections if there is real specific content. Housing not provided is a detail; we could include under Benefits as a note that housing is not provided. But we need to avoid filler like "not specified". It's specific: housing is not provided. So we can include that.
We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to decide which sections to include.
Potential sections:
- About the role: summary paragraph(s) describing program.
- Responsibilities: essential accountabilities bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications (high school diploma, enrollment, good academic standing). Could also include physical requirements? But physical requirements could be under Requirements or separate? The instruction says use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content accordingly.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content.
About the role: The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Our college interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored under their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the entire summer. Development workshops are provided to help with the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided as part of our program.
That's a good About the role.
Responsibilities: The list of duties from Essential Accountabilities.
We need to put them as
- items. List: - Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to enhance the work we do for our Commercial Customers, including groups, brokers and members. - Help create or update healthy challenges or campaigns. - Help create various healthy workshop offerings that we can roll out to our groups. - Create guides that employers can use to support their own workplace wellbeing programs. - Help create or update resources as needed to grow portfolio. - Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects. - Complete work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications. - Perform a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks covering a broad range of business-related projects. - Create and deliver presentations at completion of internship. - Demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. - Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with company policies. - Maintain regular and reliable attendance. - Perform other functions as assigned by management. We could combine some similar items. Requirements: Minimum qualifications: High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program). Must be in good academic standing. Also maybe include physical requirements? But physical requirements could be under Requirements as well. However we have a separate heading for Qualifications maybe for desired majors/degree programs and preferred experience. Let's see. Qualifications: Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: Public Health, Health Education or Promotion, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Social Work, Health & Society or similar program(s). Preferred (but not required) experience with: Any previous work in Health Promotion & Education. Public Health Principles: Familiarity with population health, epidemiology, and social determinants of health. Technology Tools: Skilled with Word Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Data Analysis & Evaluation: Ability to assess program effectiveness using surveys and health metrics. Nutrition, Fitness, and Mental Health: Basic knowledge of lifestyle medicine and holistic wellness approaches. But many of those are skills. Actually the instruction separates Skills section for skills like technology tools, communication, etc. So we might put desired majors under Qualifications, and skills under Skills. Thus: Qualifications: Desired Majors/Degree Programs list. Skills: Technology Tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Word Tools), Data Analysis & Evaluation, Nutrition, Fitness, and Mental Health knowledge, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, Ability to work well in a team, Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, Proactive approach to work displaying creativity and flexibility, Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning, Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on intra- and inter-departmental teams, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment. But some overlap with Qualifications; we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Qualifications: Desired Majors/Degree Programs (list). Also maybe include High School diploma and enrollment? That seems more like a requirement (minimum). So Requirements: High School diploma + proof of continuous college enrollment + good academic standing. Skills: Communication, multitasking, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, creativity, flexibility, commitment to improvement, self-motivated, ability to work independently/teams, Microsoft Office Suite, desktop computer experience, technology tools (Word Tools), data analysis & evaluation, nutrition/fitness/mental health knowledge. Benefits: The posting mentions: Other components of total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays. Also remote work possibility (case-by-case). Housing is
