We need to extract sections: - About the role: Could be the initial description: "The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship experience..." etc. That's a prose description. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Accountabilities" section with duties. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Could be "Minimum Qualifications" includes desired majors, high school diploma, etc. Also "Preferred (but not required) experience". Could be part of Requirements. - Qualifications: Might be overlapping. But we need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine similar content. We have: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications + preferred experience), Skills (maybe list of skills like communication, multitasking, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, proactive, self-motivated, Microsoft Office, etc.), Benefits (maybe mention of development workshops, mentorship, networking, remote work possibility, total rewards package components like health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays). Pay: we have compensation range $18-$20 per hour. Schedule: we have "up to 40 hours per week", "10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August". So schedule specifics. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not duplicate lines. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:
