We need to remove duplicate lines, boilerplate (EEO, etc). Also remove navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The text includes "Equal Opportunity Employer" line and later "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran." That's EEO boilerplate; remove.
Also remove repeated compensation lines (duplicate). Keep one.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: Could be the summary paragraph describing program. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: The "Essential Accountabilities" section includes duties.
- Requirements: Minimum qualifications? Could be "Minimum Qualifications" and "Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include". Also "Preferred (but not required) experience with: ..." Might be part of qualifications.
- Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid thin sections. We'll combine where appropriate.
We have "Skills": maybe list of skills like attention to detail, research, communication, multitask, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem solving, proactive, self-motivated, MS Office, desktop computer.
We have "Benefits": The compensation paragraph mentions other components: group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility. Also "Housing is not provided as part of our program." That's a negative but still benefit info. Also "Development workshops are provided". That could be benefit.
We have "Pay": compensation range $18-$20 per hour.
We have "Schedule": "This is a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week)." Also "Interns may reside in either a technical or non-technical area." That's location not schedule. Also "Interns may work within the skills-based tracks..." That's about role.
Thus we can create sections:
About the role
with paragraph summarizing program.Responsibilities
