College Intern - Summer 2027 - Data Governance & AI Governance
About the role
The Summer College Internship Program is a paid 10‑week internship that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of the company. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the summer. Through the program, interns can attend workshops focused on key business concepts and may work within skills‑based tracks such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other non‑technical and/or technical degree programs. Development workshops help with the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided, but interns may reside in either a technical or non‑technical area.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise governance initiatives by assisting with program operations, data analysis, reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement activities.
- Work alongside the governance team to improve visibility, accountability, and effectiveness across governance programs while gaining exposure to data management, risk management, analytics, and emerging AI governance practices.
- Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
- Complete work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications.
- Perform a mix of technical and/or non‑technical tasks covering a broad range of business‑related projects.
