We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act, this job description lists only those responsibilities and qualifications deemed essential to the position. - Compensation Range(s): Level I - Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00 (repeated). Also mention other components of total rewards package: group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, paid holidays. Also note remote work possibility. - Schedule: This is a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week). So schedule info. - Benefits: Housing is not provided as part of our program. Also mention development workshops, mentorship, etc. Also mention total rewards package. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential accountabilities), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Skills (maybe list of desired skills/experience), Benefits (development workshops, mentorship, total rewards, housing not provided?), Pay (compensation range), Schedule (duration and hours). Also maybe Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications? They are separate headings but we should only include if content exists. We have both minimum qualifications and desired majors etc. Could treat Requirements as the eligibility (high school diploma, enrollment, academic standing) and Qualifications as skills/experience? But we can also just include Requirements and Qualifications as separate if we have distinct content. Let's parse: - Requirements: High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program). Must be in good academic standing. - Qualifications: Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: Psychology, Social Worker, Human Services or similar program(s) Preferred (but not required) experience with: Customer Service, Presenting/Public Speaking, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word. Also many skill items: excellent written/verbal communication, ability to multitask, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, commitment to improvement, self-motivated, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, experience using desktop computer. Thus we can separate. Skills: maybe list of specific technical skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. But we already have many in Qualifications. Could combine but instruction says we can have Skills section. We'll include Skills: Customer Service, Presenting/Public Speaking, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. Benefits: Development workshops, mentorship, networking, meaningful projects, total rewards package (health/dental, retirement, wellness, paid time away, paid holidays), housing not provided (that's a negative but still info). Also remote work possibility. Pay: Compensation range $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Schedule: 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. About the role: summary paragraph describing program. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. We already omitted. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like list of tracks, etc. Let's craft sections. About the role: a paragraph summarizing program: 10-week paid internship, development workshops, networking, meaningful projects, mentorship, tracks list, schedule, housing not provided, etc. But we might duplicate schedule info; we can keep schedule in About the role or separate Schedule section. Since we have Schedule section, we can keep brief in About the role but not duplicate details? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the schedule info somewhere; we can put it in Schedule section, but we might also mention in About the role briefly but that would be duplication but not necessarily wrong if we keep both? It says do not invent or summarize away detail; duplication is okay as long as we preserve info. However better to avoid duplication but not required. We'll keep schedule details in Schedule section and maybe mention in About the role that it's a 10-week paid summer internship (without exact dates) but that's okay. Let's extract specifics: - Tracks: Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other non-technical and/or technical based degree programs. - Development workshops focused on key business concepts. - Interns may reside in either a technical or non-technical area. - Housing is not provided. - Essential Accountabilities (Responsibilities): list bullet points. Let's list responsibilities as bullet items: - Partner with Provider Clinical Trainers to research and develop content for new provider training programs. - Participate in training sessions. - Assist with day-to-day training activities. - Work directly with providers to support engagement and education initiatives. - Opportunity to shadow Provider Relations Representatives, Case Managers, and Contracting staff to gain understanding of each department's role and importance of collaboration in supporting providers and delivering high-quality behavioral health services. - Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects. - Completes work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications. - Performs a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks covering a broad range of business-related projects. - Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship. - Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. - Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with company policies. - Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required. - Performs other functions as assigned by management. Now Requirements (eligibility): - High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program). - Must be in good academic standing. Qualifications (desired majors/experience): - Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: Psychology, Social Worker, Human Services or similar program(s). - Preferred (but not required) experience with: Customer Service, Presenting/Public Speaking, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word. Also many skill items: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences and interface with staff at all levels, ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with peers, demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, proactive approach to work displaying creativity and flexibility, commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on intra- and inter-departmental teams as needed, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment. We could split these into Skills section. Skills: list of specific skills: Customer Service, Presenting/Public Speaking, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, communication (written/verbal), multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, creativity, flexibility, commitment to improvement, self-motivation, ability to work independently and in teams, desktop computer use. But many are descriptive; we can keep as bullet list. Benefits: Development workshops, mentorship, networking, meaningful projects, total rewards package (group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, paid holidays), housing not provided (note), remote work possibility (case-by-case). Pay: Compensation Range: Level I - Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00 per hour. Also note that actual salary varies based on factors, and that this is one component of total rewards. Schedule: This is a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week). Now we need to output HTML. We'll wrap each section in
