Collector Relations Lead (Sports Cards)

Responsibilities

• Make VIPs feel extreme hospitality, and that we are trusted advisors in their card process, whether that means texting them, planning special events, meeting them one by one, or delivering cards to their doorstep
• Create a world where VIP requests are handled ASAP by our customer support team
• Motivate VIP users to complete more trades
• Educate and give fair advice on cards

Qualifications

• Passion and deep knowledge about high-end sports cards (completed sales, industry trends, collector psychology, etc)
• 5+ years of customer support and/or sales experience
• Scrapier and high-agency mindset, with a bias toward quickly launching experiments, learning from imperfect data, and scaling only what works
• Speed and responsiveness at all hours of the day
