We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, mission, benefits, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications" (or Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications), "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule"? Travel is mentioned but not schedule. Salary range is given. Benefits described. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (could split Basic and Preferred but we can combine), Benefits, Pay, Travel? Travel not a standard heading; maybe include under Responsibilities? But we can include a "Travel" section if content exists. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Travel: "Up to 20% travel may be required..." That's specific, so we can include Travel section. Schedule: not mentioned besides full-time eligibility; not specific schedule. So omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip the Equal Opportunity Statement and maybe the line about veterans encouragement? That's EEO? It's equal opportunity statement; we should remove. Also remove "Clear Creek Federal is part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG) portfolio of companies..." That's about company; maybe keep as part of About the role? It's substantive about employer. We can keep. We need to preserve benefits description: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefit programs, HSAs/FSA, retirement 401K. Also mention competitive pay, benefits, perks, flexible work-life balance, professional development opportunities, performance and recognition programs. Also mention full-time eligibility. We need to preserve salary range: $90,000 USD - $120,000 USD. We need to preserve travel: up to 20% travel. We need to preserve responsibilities list (many bullet points). We need to preserve qualifications: Basic Qualifications list and Preferred Qualifications list. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME)". We'll start with maybe

    About the role

then paragraph summarizing role? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can include the description of the role from the posting: "Clear Creek Federal, is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support an opportunity with the Department of War. The SME will provide expert collective training support to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in the development, management, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces." That's substantive. We can put that in a paragraph under About the role. We also have description of position supporting intelligence readiness across disciplines, etc. That could also go under About the role or Responsibilities? It's more about role. We'll keep in About the role. Now Responsibilities: we have a big list starting with "Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then bullet points. We'll output

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each item. Qualifications: we have Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into one Qualifications section with two subheadings? But instruction: use

for section headings. Could we have

      Basic Qualifications

      and

      Preferred Qualifications

as separate sections? That's allowed; they are headings. We'll do that. Benefits: we have description of benefits package. We'll output

      Benefits

      then
      • each benefit. Pay: we have salary range. We'll output

        Pay

        then

with the range. Travel: we have travel statement. We'll output

        Travel

        then

. We must not include EEO statement. Also remove lines like "To learn more about SNG, visit the website and follow us on LinkedIn." That's boilerplate? It's promotional but maybe not boilerplate; but it's not substantive about job. Might be considered navigation? It's a call to action; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "Our team of talented individuals is what makes us successful..." that's generic but maybe part of About the role? It's about company culture; could be kept as part of About the role? It's substantive about benefits and culture. Might keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; not remove details about benefits, pay, etc. Let's extract sections: About the role: combine paragraphs: - "Clear Creek Federal is part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG) portfolio of companies. SNG is Seneca Holdings' federal government contracting business that meets mission-critical needs of federal civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. Our portfolio comprises multiple subsidiaries that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program." (maybe keep) - "Our team of talented individuals is what makes us successful. To support our team, we provide a balanced mix of benefits and programs. Your total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and perks, flexible work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and performance and recognition programs." (maybe keep as part of benefits? but it's about total rewards; we could keep in About the role.) - "We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability, voluntary benefit programs (critical illness, hospital, and accident), health savings and flexible spending accounts, and retirement 401K plan. One of our fundamental principles is to offer competitive health and welfare benefits to our team members, providing coverage and care for you and your family. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in our benefits and paid leave programs. We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation." - Then the role specifics: "Clear Creek Federal, is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support an opportunity with the Department of War. The SME will provide expert collective training support to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in the development, management, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces." - "This position supports intelligence readiness across multiple disciplines, including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), All-Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Counterintelligence (CI). The successful candidate will work closely with Geographic and Functional Commands (GFC), Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with Army doctrine, operational requirements, and readiness objectives. This role will be located at Ft. Belvoir in Virginia." We can put all that in About the role paragraph(s). Might be long but okay. Responsibilities: list each bullet. Basic Qualifications: list each bullet. Preferred Qualifications: list each bullet. Benefits: list each benefit item. Pay: paragraph with salary range. Travel: paragraph with up to 20% travel. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's draft.
