Collective Trainer- Movement and Maneuver

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Movement and Maneuver (M2) Collective Trainer to support our program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

How Role will make an impact

• Determines and maintains the latest training Operational Planning Orders (OPORDs) and scenarios for the Training Unit Commander (TUC).
• Maintains currency with doctrinal publications by the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and ensures the TUC receives the latest training OPORDs and scenarios.
• Adapts the OPORD or scenario to meet the specific needs of the unit, providing a realistic training event.

Requirements

• Credential: Must hold and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience: Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background and preferably CTC experience.
• Background: Must have served as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience at Battalion or higher.
• Experience: At least 6 years’ combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience).
• Experience: Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system.
• Experience: 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS.
