Description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Movement and Maneuver (M2) Collective Trainer to support our program at Gowen Field, Idaho.

How Role will make an impact

  • Determines and maintains the latest training Operational Planning Orders (OPORDs) and scenarios for the Training Unit Commander (TUC).
  • Maintains currency with doctrinal publications by the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and ensures the TUC receives the latest training OPORDs and scenarios.
  • Maintains the flexibility of the training team to accommodate different branch requirements, such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc., by adjusting the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit's needs.
  • Collaborates with the TUC to modify the OPORD or scenario to ensure realism and relevance in the training event.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background and preferably CTC experience.
  • A Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher.
  • Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred (or similar).
  • Specialized functional areas could be 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience.
  • At least 6 years’ combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar), or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position.
  • Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system.
  • 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS.
