The Collections Specialist ensures the company receives all necessary payments from debtors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or a combination of education and relative experience.
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g., FDCPA).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Comfortable working with targets.

About the role
The Imaging Parts Sales Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking replacement parts for diagnostic imaging systems. This role responds to inbound sales opportunities, identifies customer requirements, prepares competitive quotations, and converts inquiries into orders. The position exercises independent judgment in evaluating customer needs and recommending optimal parts sourcing strategies (repair, exchange, refurbished, or OEM alternatives) while negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound diagnostic imaging parts inquiries and advise customers on parts, lifecycle planning, and sourcing options.
- Exercise independent judgment in structuring customer solutions, including evaluating repair-vs-exchange-vs-replace options based on cost, urgency, and equipment lifecycle.
- Negotiate pricing, discount structures, and terms within assigned authority levels (including exceptions up to $0.00 without supervisor approval).
- Commit company resources or set terms such as payment terms, expedited fulfillment, or vendor sourcing for non-standard inventory.
- Develop accurate and competitive quotations to maximize conversion and revenue.
- Proactively manage open quotations to increase win rates and secure customer purchase orders.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, independent service organizations (ISOs), OEM service providers, and biomedical engineering departments.
- Serve as a technical/commercial advisor on parts sourcing strategy and lifecycle planning.
- Utilize internal inventory systems to identify available parts, exchange options, and suitable alternatives.
- Recommend substitutes or upgraded products to meet customer needs and improve sales opportunities.
- Process customer orders accurately while ensuring pricing, terms, and requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Operations, Repair, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities in company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, availability, order status, and product selection.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems, replacement parts, exchange programs, and company service offerings.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (quote turnaround time, conversion rate, order accuracy, revenue objectives, and customer satisfaction).
- Collaborate with teammates to improve customer response times, sales processes, and overall experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or parts sales.
- Experience in diagnostic imaging, biomedical equipment, medical equipment, or technical parts sales preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure pricing and sourcing recommendations without pre-approval.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to learn technical product information and communicate value effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience selling replacement parts for diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Pay
$50,000–$60,000 annually.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Parts Operations, this role serves as the organization's technical authority for component-level electronics repair, reverse engineering, failure analysis, and repair methodology development. The Senior Electronics Repair Engineer develops standardized repair methodologies and engineering solutions to improve repair quality, increase first-pass yield, reduce replacement costs, and extend the operational life of critical medical imaging equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex multilayer PCB assemblies to the component level using advanced engineering diagnostic techniques.
- Perform precision surface mount rework, BGA/FPGA replacement, thermal profile development, and advanced PCB restoration (trace, pad, via, and multilayer interconnect reconstruction).
- Troubleshoot analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, embedded, and power electronic circuits using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, X-ray inspection systems, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Reverse engineer electronic assemblies and develop validated repair methodologies, engineering work instructions, electrical test procedures, and technical documentation where OEM documentation is unavailable.
- Perform engineering-level failure analysis, identify recurring failure modes, and implement corrective actions to improve repair quality, reliability, and first-pass yield.
- Execute precision rework of fine-pitch surface-mount components (QFP, QFN, CSP, BGA, FPGA) using advanced rework systems (e.g., Ersa HR600 XL, Ersa IR/PL650A).
- Remove, reball, replace, and functionally test BGA/FPGA devices.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical Support, and Field Service teams to expand advanced repair capabilities.
