About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
- Design and implement robust, maintainable software solutions
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
