Collections Specialist

About the role

A dedicated Collections Specialist is needed to manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and resolve payment issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers to maintain positive relationships
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with internal teams to resolve outstanding balances
• Prepare and present reports on account status and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Experience with collections software is a plus
