Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound collections calls to past-due accounts
- Send and manage follow-up communications via email
- Generate and send invoices/proof of payment using QuickBooks
- Track and document collection activity and account status
Qualifications
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Prior collections or accounts receivable experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Strong attention to detail in tracking payments and communication
