About the Opportunity
The Collections Representative role is designed to manage and facilitate the collections process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of accounts. This position contributes to the financial operations by maintaining communication with clients and supporting the organization's revenue cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage account collections and resolve outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Communicate with clients regarding payment plans and account status
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial processes

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Training or certifications where applicable
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Pay range starts at $17.20 per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. May be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
