About the role

Performs a wide variety of basic credit and collection functions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications, and delinquent accounts.
• Obtains required information from credit organizations, banks, and loan associations.
• Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts, and incomplete files.
• Mails follow-up letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and reviews terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
• Receives and posts payments on customer accounts.
• Records information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts.
• Sorts and files correspondence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination.
• Sitting, talking, and hearing.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. The specific salary offered may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
