Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team and protect the Lansing brand by collecting past due amounts for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and partner with the Sales team to address concerns.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from Lansing Associates and customers to accept payments and resolve credit-related issues.
- Review lien waivers for accuracy and reconcile them with accounting records.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Senior Credit Analyst to gather information for large projects and assess risk mitigation actions.
- Issue demand letters for overdue accounts and collect outstanding balances.
- Determine when to escalate accounts to outside collections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- The ability to handle high transaction volumes and meet deadlines.
- An attention to detail and effective teamwork.
- Basic proficiency with Excel and Word.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional, home office environment. Physical demands include use of typical office equipment such as a computer, phone, copier, check scanner, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some travel may be required.
Required Education and Experience
- A high school diploma.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
