Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Communicate with owners via telephone and make diligent efforts to collect all open items on an account, including delinquent payments, delinquent maintenance, taxes, use fees, and deed recovery, as necessary.
  • Ensure timely contact with accounts and determine if additional research or skip tracing is required.
  • Keep owners informed about the status of their accounts with clear and detailed communication during each interaction.
  • Adhere to training and quality guidelines to ensure proper collection methods and provide quality customer service during all calls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of collections and/or customer service call center experience preferred.
  • Experience using a predictive dialer system preferred.
  • Proficient in continuous computer use.
  • Comfortable with continuous phone use throughout the workday.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced call center environment.
