Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform routine work involved in the collection, transportation and delivery of revenue and fare media.
- Stock Configurable Vending Machines (CVM) and provide security for CVM technicians.
- Complete forms; keep records; make reports.
- Drive armored trucks and serve as armed revenue guards.
- Perform related work.
Requirements
- Handgun License Requirement: Valid Pistol Permit issued by the NYPD for carrying a pistol.
- Driver License Requirement: Valid New York State Driver’s License and CDL qualification.
- Medical Requirement: Examination to determine ability to perform essential functions of the position.
Additional Information
There will be a one-year probationary period for all employees accepted to the title of Collecting Agent.
