Koch Technology Employee Services is hiring an IT Engineer to join a global team focused on Collaboration Technology and modern Identity solutions for all Koch businesses. This role involves designing innovative solutions, creating best practices, and providing enterprise-wide support.

About the Team

The Employee Services Organization delivers IT products and services that enable employee success, collaboration, foundational accounts, devices, and transformational mobility and XR experiences. Team members apply frameworks and principles with an emphasis on critical and economic thinking to drive value.

Location

This in-office role is available in Wichita, KS; Plano, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Green Bay, WI. This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Be an active member of a global team supporting O365 products.
  • Administer and support O365 (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams) and PowerPlatform (Flow, Apps, PowerBI).
  • Apply advanced critical thinking and technical skills to resolve issues in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Drive Problem Management by identifying recurrent problems and root causes to improve processes and long-term value.
  • Enable 1st/2nd level support through knowledge sharing, documentation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and training.
  • Create documentation for a global audience, including customers and support organizations.
  • Support customer requests, focusing on improving ticket SLAs, volumes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents and outages.
  • Provide after-hours support as part of a global team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 issues with end users.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing tool.
