Collaborating / Supervising Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (West Coast)

About the role

Animo Sano Psychiatry is in search of a passionate and innovative Collaborating/Supervising Physician to guide and mentor our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This pivotal position plays a key role in upholding our mission to deliver exceptional mental health care nationwide, fostering transformation through compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
• Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
• Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
• Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
• Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry

Qualifications

• A valid medical license in any of the following states: Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas
• Experience in psychiatry
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
• Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
• Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients

Pay

$1000 - $1500 per month (state-dependent). The final compensation will be based on the candidate's location, qualifications, and professional experience.
