Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess cognitive abilities of individuals with brain injury and neurological challenges
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance memory, attention, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage families in the care process and provide education and support
• Document and track client progress regularly

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in cognitive rehabilitation or related field preferred
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Empathy and commitment to person-centered care
