Coffee Production Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Coffee Production Assistant for our Morena roasting facility to assist in the distribution, labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment of our specialty coffee.

About the role

This role is ideal for anyone with café, production, or specialty coffee roasting experience who wants to grow in the industry. You’ll work 4–5 days a week, 32–40 hours, with a schedule spanning Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coffee distribution, labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment
• Make deliveries using our company vehicle
• Maintain organization and self-motivation in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform multi-tasking duties efficiently

Requirements

• Able to work 6–8 hour shifts and stand for multiple hours
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs. without assistance
• Valid driver’s license
• Passion for specialty coffee and production operations
• Positive, self-motivated attitude
• High level of organizational and multi-tasking ability

Pay

Hourly wage.

Schedule

• 4–5 days a week, 32–40 hours
• Shifts span Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday
• Paid holidays
