Food Production Assistant

About the role

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers in Green Bay for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Previous cooking experience is required. Paid 2-hour orientation plus on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, kettles, dishwashers, pumps, and other production equipment
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients
• Fill, monitor, and empty cooking kettles
• Load trays, palletize finished product, and operate pan-washing equipment
• Use pallet jacks to move product
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience required

Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable operating food production equipment, including ovens, cooking vessels, pumps, and dishwashers
• Ability to accurately measure, verify, and prepare ingredients according to production requirements

Pay

$19.30–$23.75/hr based on shift and experience

Schedule

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available with consistent schedules
