Le Jardin Academy is seeking Coed Cross Country Coaches for the Fall 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Coach a competitive cross country team
• Conduct practices
• Motivate student-athletes
• Instruct game strategies and techniques

• Intermediate Cross Country Head Coach
• Intermediate Cross Country Assistant Coach

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Stipend range: $1,100 – $2,700. Stipend is based on the coaching step schedule, with placement determined by the candidate’s years of experience, which may qualify for additional compensation.
