Coding Quality Specialist 3 - Multi Surgery
under Requirements about physical demands. - Also "Why UVA Health" and "What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out" and "Why People Love Living in Charlottesville" contain substantive info about organization, remote work, professional growth, location. We need to preserve them. Could be placed under About the role (intro) or Benefits (like remote work, professional growth). But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can include them as paragraphs under appropriate sections. Let's map: About the role: Could include the initial paragraph about accurate coding essential, fully remote opportunity, ideal for experienced coding professional with advanced Multi-Surgery expertise, etc. Also maybe the "Why UVA Health" and "What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out" could be part of About the role? But they are more about the organization and opportunity. However we can keep them as separate paragraphs under About the role if we want to preserve all info. But the heading "About the role" might be expected to describe the role, not the organization. However instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It implies we should use those headings when we have content for those categories. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but better to stick to those. We can include extra info under those headings as appropriate.
Thus:
- About the role: include the description of the role and maybe the "Why UVA Health" and "What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out" as they describe why it's a good opportunity. Could be okay.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "In a Typical Day, You Will" bullet points.
- Requirements: Education, Experience, Licensure, Physical Demands.
- Qualifications: maybe Multi-Surgical Experience preferred, Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required (already in Requirements). Could also include advanced knowledge of Neurosurgery operative services, etc. But those are more skills. Could put under Skills.
- Skills: advanced Multi-Surgery expertise, knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifier usage, payer-specific guidelines, knowledge of Neurosurgery operative services, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic interventions, E/M services, ability to evaluate diagnosis specificity, laterality, anatomical detail, medical necessity, documentation sufficiency, ability to review and resolve coding edits, charge review issues, work queue assignments using Epic and EncoderPro, ability to interpret and apply NCCI edits, global surgical package rules, LCD/NCD guidance, payer billing requirements, ability to identify documentation gaps, coding vulnerabilities, compliance risks, ability to support coding quality initiatives through research, education, application of evolving coding guidance, ability to collaborate with providers, revenue cycle professionals, coding colleagues.
- Benefits: list as given.
- Pay: hourly range.
- Schedule: not present, omit.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Let's craft.
