Coding Instructor

About the role

We're hiring enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team and help kids build coding fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. No advanced coding experience required, we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Guide students (ages 7–14) through coding projects, help them think through problems, and celebrate their wins as they level up.
• Create a fun, safe environment where kids actually want to show up.
• Help run Parent's Night Out and birthday parties.
• Keep the dojo ready to go.

Requirements

• Experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring)
• Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely fun to be around
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative and coachable
• Willing to learn as you go

Qualifications

No advanced coding experience required; training will be provided.

Schedule

Flexible afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours (6–15 hrs/week)

Pay

$21.30 per hour
