CODES MANAGER. Downingtown Borough is seeking a full-time Codes Manager to serve as Building Code Official, lead property maintenance enforcement, and back up zoning and floodplain administration. Requires 3+ yrs municipal code/zoning experience. BCO and ICC Property Maintenance certifications are required or must be obtained within 18 months. The salary is $70K$90K DOQ.
