Initial Placement

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

• Takes drink orders from guests
• Obtains drinks from station
• Garnishes and ices drinks as necessary
• Serves beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors
• Maintains a clean station at all times
• Maintains knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
• Follows all check settlement and Casino floor beverage control procedures
• Promotes good guest relations and always accommodates any reasonable request
• Completes tasks dictated by the Supervisor/Team Leader on duty
• Other job-related duties as requested

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Ability to handle cash and accurately make change
• Ability to communicate in all aspects of the English language
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures
