In its reimagining, the 407‑room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. City Hall Bistro provides a bright and sophisticated all‑day dining experience in the heart of The Adolphus. The cocktail server is expected to know and appreciate the art of the drink, be knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers, and make recommendations to guests seeking new experiences. The role focuses on increasing customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership.
- Offer informed suggestions for guests.
Requirements
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
