About the role

The Adolphus seeks a skilled bartender who appreciates the art of mixology and can craft both traditional and innovative cocktails. This position requires a strong understanding of cocktail recipes and wine pairings, along with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and respectful interactions with team members and guests
• Prioritize responsible alcohol service

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options
• A proactive and thoughtful nature
• A professional demeanor and thoughtful approach

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about mixology
• Capable of mixing traditional and creative drinks
• Excellent customer service skills
