Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and stock the bar for each shift.
• Take beverage orders from customers and servers, ensuring all drinks are rung in before preparation.
• Follow standard drink recipes, using proper glassware and portions.
• Adhere to all laws regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages and guest interactions; never serve intoxicated persons.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift and follow standard cash‑out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, counters, and work areas at all times.
• Upsell food and beverage items to patrons.
• Prepare requisitions and inventories as required at the end of the shift.
• Secure product when necessary.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six months experience as a server preferred.
• Prior money‑handling experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work at both the Central City and Black Hawk properties.
• Flexibility to work any schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• TIPS certification – training will be provided.

Pay

$16.27 per hour plus tips.
